Returns

30-day returns

If a part is not what you needed, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Parts must be unused, uninstalled and in the same condition you received them. Surplus and open-box items are covered by the same 30-day policy.

To start a return, call 267-517-2774 or email sales@jshydraulicsllc.com with your order number and the part you are returning. Returns can also be brought to either of our locations in Oaks or Warrington, PA.

Wrong or damaged parts

If we shipped the wrong part or it arrived damaged, let us know within 7 days and we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Items that cannot be returned

Hose cut to length, custom hose assemblies, custom-bent tubing and any part that has been installed or crimped cannot be returned unless it was defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the part, your refund is issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
